Hi Guys I hope everyone’s doing ok,

Above hotpoint aqualitis I went out to last night the customer was complaining of the clothes were coming out steaming and wet, I presumed it would be the usual blockage so I went straight for the condenser tube at the back it was only slightly blocked, removed and cleaned the plastic circular filter as the condenser meats the drum also, had a quick peek inside the heater box without fully taking it apart so if not checked at the door seal end were the heater box meets the door seal, the trickle value if firing water into the condenser every min or so instead of a small regular trickle?

The only thing I can think is to change the valves?

    Any help much appreciated guys

Check the sump. Had a sock jammed in their causing it to not drain correctly. Would pass enough water not to F5 on a normal wash drain out though. The drain out on drier is only short.

“Steaming and wet” usually means the inlet valve isn’t allowing water into the condenser. I say usually but we are talking Hotpoint here so maybe Mystic Meg may be more help? :clown:
