    Hi
    Can someone help me I got Gof 662 Grand’O , when I do a wash the Machine run fine but at the end the cold water light flashes 14 times and cannot open the door.

    Has the machine drained and spun?

    Yes Its like it has finished but cold water light is flashing.

    I think 14 flashes means it has missed the water heating phase. So check the heater.

    Fixed it , needed a heater as you said thanx for your help.
