Unlikely to be overloading, could be motor, pcb or both.
A visual and electrical test of the motor and motor wiring plug and a visual check of the main pcb are the first things to do. if it did blown the circuit breaker then I fear you may find the pcb blown.
Unplug and leave for at least 15 minutes before putting your hands inside, it has a 3 phase motor and the pcb packs a hell of a charge.
Water leaks from the dryer assembly directly above the pcb are a known problem area.
