Commercial fridge thermostat.

I need a thermostat for this tall upright fridge. I would describe it as a semi commercial fridge as its a large white upright fridge with just a large evaporator plate at the back running from top to bottom. It has a metal tangental fan at the top of the evaporator, the kind that are used for the cooling fan in ovens. Next to the fan is the thermostat probe which is coiled and is the type that senses the air temperature as apposed to the evaporator plate temperature.
Anyone know where I may get this type of stat from?

Do you mean it has a coiled metal capilary if so I think you need a Ranco VB7 or similar
