    Hi guys,
Just had a dishwasher with an insulation reading of 0.158. & 1.013, had a look in the base and someone before me has soldered the wires to heater connections – must of had a dodgy connector block or something, I’ve changed that over and then notice its somehow melted the pump so I’ve changed that over too. Yet the insulation is still very low? I’ve checked everything I can think of, door wires circ pump, valves, dispenser. The lot. Has anyone got any ideas? What am I missing?
    Thanks.

This is one of the models covered by the recall depending on its serial number.

Yes it is one of them, I take it hotpoint will only come and change the part they are recalled to do though? And still possibly leave the dishwasher with low ins?

Maybe it is the PCB giving that dodgy insulation reading so the recall may sort it.
