    I have a Liebherr freezer (No. 218604939)

    The alarm light is on constantly and the temperature is rising (-8 degrees and rising!- using a stand alone thermometer).

    The compressor is very hot to the touch, while the metal grid at back (heat exchanger?) is cold. It made lots of loud grumbling noises during the week but seemed to settle down.

    Any ideas, please…

    Hi

    Try turning the whole appliance OFF for 24 hrs with both doors left open then restart..Then give feedback
