This hobs is about 5 /6 years old. It is in a rented flat unable to get model number at the moment. Have been asked to check it over, the reported fault
being…when its turned on two of the hotplates make a banging noise, and one there is a strong burning smell, but they both still work.
any advice would be welcome as to possible banging !!! apart from expanding metal.. john
