    H E L P P L E A S E

    Can anyone please help with diagnosis of an E14 fault code appearing on this microwave. Microwave displays this code but if customer switches off m/w and then restarts it will start, but only intermittently, otherwise she can’t use machine. Prior to us seeing it she ordered a PCB and asked us to fit it, but it obviously isn’t the problem and neither is it the turntable motor. Zanussi are worse than useless and will NOT provide any technical help to anyone. Customer now jumping up and down a bit. Someone out there purleeeze help me.

    Oddly enough, even though the service manual is on TDS there is no reference at all to fault codes.

    It’s more like a generic manual for lots of models 🙁

    One of the Service Force guys may have more info than I have hopefully 🙂

    Just out of interest, where did your customer get the main PCB in the first place as it not available as a spare part ? 😕
