Need some advice please, I called to above D/W as the door was dropping no resistance , on dismantling I found one of the ropes adrift from hinge, I refitted it, but when closing noticed the rhs hinge was rubbing on top of the the metal plate that fit under the door above the plastic base and was lifting the hinge on closing, I remove the plate to test ,I had notived when closing there is still play on hinges moving up and down not stable, the outer door is also very heavy although its been there about 1 to 2years. Not sure what parts needs to be changed to resolve.
any advice would be welcome. john

You got the model no wrong again. But anyway, change the two cord assemblies and springs. Then double check the machine is level and the hinges located securely in the metal frames. And that the nylon door hinge locking caps are in place.

(Hinges don’t normally wear so they should be just fine.)

As Martin says , make sure the white nylon bushing/bearing on bottom of hinge is still in one place.
