    Not seen the machine and customer says she cannot find the Pnc number but has had it many years.

    The model number she has given me is C84527, does that ring any bells with anyone?

    There is a PNc listed as C85472 which is a well ancient ZC822 machine that was discovered in Tutankhamen’s tomb under his sarcophagus.

    What spare part do you need for it anyway, the scrubbing board or the bucket?

    Sounds like the timer knob is broken for a start, don’t think this relic will have the common inner cam that often breaks on the Washcraft series etc. 🙁

    The number she has given you is off the rating plate, don’t know why Zanussi used the C numbers as they were practically meaningless. All you need is the one off the fascia panel, either on the soap drawer if before 1987 or on beside the timer knob if later.
