    Going to look at this one on Monday, machine fills, counts down 1 minuet then just sits for the next 29 minuets then drains according to the customer.

    No error codes showing.

    Had a quick search in the forum and DC module board shows up.
    Have any of you guy’s had similar problems and what was the out come?

    Would suspect motor, motor brushes, connections or DC board 2817690101

    Carbon brushes gone, machine only 15 months old, never came across a first set wearing out that quick.

    Depends on the mileage of course, check armature when replacing brushes in case its rough.
