Hi, our Bosch dishwasher has just had a reoccurence of a previous issue with leaking seals on the internal tubing (LHS). This constant low level water drip/leak has caused the cut off float to activate and therefore had stopped normal operation of the dishwasher. After removing the side panel to investigate I have now drained the water but don’t want to start using the dishwasher again until the problem is fixed. This leaking has happend previously and at that time the technician who fixed it filled the gap above the black rubber seals with some form of rapid-set liquid rubber. This rubber has now started to fail hence why there is now a water leak again. Could anyone recommend/identify what sealant would do this job? The previous fix has lasted well and was quick to implement vs. having to take apart the tubing and renew the seals. Any advice much appreciated! Thanks, Martin

You should NOT use any sealant around the O rings at all. The only reason they would leak is if the plastic water matrix is not located properly into the water softener unit. So the fix is simple, remove the matrix, clear away any trace of adhesive, discard old O rings and then fit THESE into their respective positions then carefully relocate the matrix without damaging the new O rings. Simples!
