Hi everyone
Got one of these with an e24 ( drain fault ). It’s draining perfectly well and the machine is one of the cleanest I’ve come across but more and more it’s throwing up this fault
Have checked all the obvious, any ideas would be appreciated
Andy

I’ll give it a go. Thanks Martin, strange one though as it always pumps out no problem

The pumps are a bit iffy and prone to this error as the module controls it directly. Once the resistance increases then in throws up this error. Best option = stick a new pump in.

Word of warning. A duff heat pump or blocked non-return valve can also throw up this fault code. If the fault code appears at the beginning , approx 2/3 mins after starting , and the machine doesn’t actually get going then it could be the heat pump.
Saying that , I had one 2 weeks ago with Intermittent e24 and it turned out to be a blockage in the drain hose/sink connection causing slow draining.November 25, 2013 at 6:06 pm #405155Andy jones

That’s exactly what happens. About 2 mins in the fault code comes up, reset it try again and it may or may not work. Never have trusted fault codes 🙂

I also had an Int E24 on one of these, turned out to be fine thread of string wrapped round spindle of pump, could hardly see it. The customer was a dentist and she had these fine barbed, flexible files for root canal work! Did the trick. Hope this post works this is the third time i’ve tried this?
