    AFTERNOON,above appliance showing fault code f37? can somebody please advise,many thanks in anticipation,regards the raffia

    Just found this;

    F37 is an NTC fault……is the machine in an outbuilding ? Maybe sited somewhere very cold ?

    If it is , ask the customer to pour about a litre of warm water into the drum , leave for 30 seconds and then try it . It may be that the NTC has gone out of range .

    If not , then you should be looking at he heater element and NTC.
