Firstly Customer reports that Ice maker isn’t producing Ice. Water coming out the bottom of the freezer and no noise coming from the Fan while the door is closed.
I have the client, over the next 48 hours defrosting the appliance.
Tech Info would be a great help on this one. I appreciate any helpful comments.

Top PCB( Control Panel )?
Defrost Element?
