    Whirlpool AWZ8477 Condenser dryer just warm
    The heater checks out ok, but hardly gets warm to the touch. I ran the machine on time (30 mins), without any clothes in it, the customer runs the machine on sensor dry.
    After I had checked the machine over I got the customer to try it and she said it worked fine 5/6 times but now the same as it was.
    Is it likely to be one of the stats on the heater or another one somewhere, or even the sensor PCB?

    The NTC is located in the front duct.

    Thanks for the quick reply Martin is that a common fault?

    You say it is located in the front duct is it easy to get to on this machine?

    Sorry Bernie but you may have misunderstood my post. I was merely advising you that “the other one somewhere” is an NTC in the front duct, that was all.
