I wonder if any of you have done any work for this company ? we have done two calls for them so far both about four months ago, two fridges that required thermostats, Repair Tech said thwy would supply any parts for the repairs, faults diagnosed and reported back and spares requested. They had no stock of the parts and said three week lead time, as both the appliances were brand new less than two weeks old I was doubtful customers would want to wait this long. parts never came and when we chased them up we were told they still had no stock or might have had stock but have not now. then it transpires both appliances were replaced under warranty. We were advised that we would get a labour charge for the two calls, that was two months back and still have not been paid. Seems that they have little or no parts stock and stock that needs ordering has long lead times, and long payment times, anyone had any experience of this company ?

Same story here. We find them good to deal with and prompt payers. If you have a stat that will fit the appliance, they will let you fit it and charge back.
