I hope someone can help. I inherited the above dishwasher which until today had worked fine. I am not sure of the model number. If you use this link it will show a picture http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Bosch-Dishwas … 0638234924
The machine starts ok but after about 15 minutes into the cycle it stops. 2 lights are lit up namely the “End” light and the “Pre-rinse” light. When you open the door, everything is wet but unwashed and the tablet is still in its holder but wet.
Any thoughts/ideas/answers would be gratefully appreciated.Sean

The full model number (Enr no.) is etched into the stainless steel door panel adjacent the door latch.
With the power switched on, press and hold in both buttons on the programme selection panel marked ‘reset’. This should allow the drain pump to operate for 60secs then turn off. That action would at least reset the cycle so you can try it once more. Let us know how you get on, but when you do don’t forget the Enr no. 😀
