WDPG9640 control panel acting strange

hi hope someone can help please
my hotpoint WDPG9640 washer dryer control panel is acting strange, there is no fault code showing on the display but the buttons and programme options don’t seem to respond in the way they are supposed to
1,the on/off button will turn machine on but not off
2,child lock button not working but beeps
3,temperature and spin speed button not working no beep
4,drying temp button just shows off on the display and it beeps/flashes the eco button
5,the programme knob seems to only select 2 out of 13 programmes in the display

is it possible it needs resetting and if so how is it done or is it some other fault
