    Hi I’ve got the above machine to goto custom said water tap light and rinse light flashing and won’t start, he said the lights are numbers 10&12 does anyone know what that means as I’ve no fault codes for this , it’s just 3 years old .

    LED 10 is the “Rinse Aid Refill’ light
    LED 12 is the “Check Water” light

    Rinse aid probably needs filling anyway. And check water means the base is probably flooded?

    Ok been to this and this led 10 & led 12 are flashing and the machine won’t start it will reset and you select a programme a new programme and they come back on straight away with none of the usual noises, no water in base so these 2 flashing LEDs must be a fault code . Any ideas ? Regards mark
