    Hi, Please help. A slug has short circuited my PCB Hoover Washer dryer wdyn9666pg, PCB Module code:41031024.
    I know it is the CB at fault so fitted the same model, but have no functions when switching on.
    Does anyone know if this needs programming or some sort of configuration and if so how to do it?

    You have bought the ‘unprogrammed’ version which has to be programmed by a Hoover/Candy engineer. There is a programmed version of this available so you need to contact your supplier and swap it if you’re lucky. (Oh dear! Hope you haven’t opened the box? )

    Thank you, I couldn’t find a supplier so bought on eBay, It appears no one sells because they seem to be too commonly wrongly diagnosed as a fault. Do you know of any suppliers as I can’t even get the part from hoover website nor espares? Thanks again for your Help 🙂
