    Hi –

    I have an Ariston FB86p2 built-in oven. My problem is that the manual – evidently translated from Italian – is not as helpful as it might be when it comes to the programming section. Despite struggling to follow its instructions I am unable even to set the clock correctly! Local dealer no help – anybody got any ideas how to set the timer on these Ariston models?

    It’s quite difficult to describe this without having the timer in front of me as there’s so many variations on cooker timers these days.

    Could you first of all check the model number as I can’t find it listed, also let me know how many buttons the clock has and their respective descriptions.

    Hi Dave

    Thanks for this – it’s just as hard with the timer in front of you! However, more by luck than judgement I think I’ve cracked it and have now managed to set the timer to near enough the right time, so I’m going to leave well alone I think!
