Are you getting any error messages in the display?

Most actual faults with the exception of a faulty heater will throw up an error code.

If there are no error codes shown then there is no obvious cause.

You have to remove the mains plug and visually and electrically check all the wiring connections and components individually for continuity, insulation and resistance. Starting with the motor and heater.

F20 is not a recognised error code so you are still back to this,

You have to remove the mains plug and visually and electrically check all the wiring connections and components individually for continuity, insulation and resistance. Starting with the motor and heater.

H20 is supposed to be a filling fault code but often showed up when the machine was filling correctly.

You have to love the cheap, unreliable electronics that Indesit use. 😥
