    Hi
    My customer said she could not open the door and it had a key on the display. Is this a child lock and how do I remove it .

    Refer to page 25 of user instructions…

    1 Switch the washing machine on.
    2 Press and hold the MODE button for five seconds or more.
    (The sign lights to confirm the child safety lock is active.)
    ? Press the button in the same way to unlock. (The sign goes off.)
