Hi. I’ve had my machine for about 4 years, had a few minor issues with it that seem to resolve themselves, but yesterday while on a spin cycle the machine seemed to trip the main circuit it is on as all the power to the sockets went off. I reset it and it has power on the display, but the stop start button is now unresponsive, in that I can’t get it to start a cycle. All the other buttons seem to work, and the lights and timer are all on, but the stop start button won’t.

I’ve cleaned the filters, changed the fuse, tried all the settings and looked in the troubleshoot guide in the manual – any ideas anyone?

Thanks – and Happy New Year!

Does the Start LED and the End LED flash?

    Hi, Yes, it does flash,

Also, when you switch on to any programme from ‘Off’, for an instant three little horizontal LED bars appear in the window before the programme timing comes up – never done that before

    Thanks

Count the flashes of the Start LED and the End LED to determine the fault code.

Hi. Sorry. The Start/Pause LED flashes continuously, but the End LED doesn’t flash at all – I’m not sure it ever does.

Check out the door interlock then in that case as that could be the issue????
