Customer at first said it wouldn’t spin, then when I got there and tried it on spin and it worked she said that in fact it started to wash then after about 10 to 15 minutes it cut out and END light came on.
Heater appears ok, resistance approx 35?, is that correct, seems a little high. ❓
Plugged in via my meter and after running for over 15 minutes the heater had still not switched on.
Couple of questions, when filling for wash does the fill valve pulse on and off?
If there is no heat on this model does it abort to END or does it complete the wash cycle?
Also removed control pcb and sadly could see no signs of dry joints on relays.

No

It will complete the wash cycle without heating, usually after 3 hrs or so!

Hmmm, what do you think then, duff fill valve? They both meggered out fine and tapping them didn’t have the usual effect you get with an intermittent valve. 😕
Pressure switch?
Roughly how long into a normal 40° wash is it before the heater kicks in?

Doubt the valve at fault, they either work or not as a rule.

Doubt that too, but it could be a sticking ball valve in the sump affecting the air chamber?

Within 10 mins for sure.

Might be worth changing the door lock?
