Hi there,
im after some info on the notorious Samsung RS21.
All was well with the fridge / freezer until about 6 weeks ago when the water dispenser stopped dispensing.
A quick google revealed potential issues and soon found it and the back of the fridge frozen up.
Why does this happen? I see modification kits available but I had the evaporator cover replaced by Samsung a few years back and it appears I have the modified one.
Im willing to buy a new one but only if im sure it will cure the fault.
One thing I have noticed on the two occasins I have removed the evaporator cover from the fridge is that the drain is full of water. I have tried to unblock this but am unable too. Should water flow freely away through this?
Any info would be appreciated.
