DI612CA, customer on phone says that it will not start and on opening lights 1+5 are on steady. This does not appear to be a proper error code. I have asked him to check if it is 1 flashing and 5 steady but he is at work ATM so won’t know until later.

Is 1+5 lights on steady a known code?

never heard of it, they must mean E1 error, ( 1. flashing , 5. Constant ) leak /aquastop

That was what I also suspected, told him to drag it out and tilt it.

He phoned back to say that water ran out and it is now working fine. I have some small O rings on order for when he calls back to say it’s stopped again. 😉
