OCEAN APM 6814 DOOR HINGE SUPPORTS-HOW DO YOU REMOVE OLD ONE

in the freezer section of the fridge freezer the top drawer is a drop down flapwhich flips up and fastens into 2 hinges. these hinges are broken so I have bought 2 replacements but how do you get the old ones out and the new ones in, must be an easy way to do it but I cannot figure it out without doing it forcibly and risking damaging the freezer,do I have to remove the section that the food sits on etc any help woulod be appreciated.
