ParticipantGood morning, could one of you fine gentlemen post me towards the correct hinge for my oven please?
Siemens E No:HB84074GB FD No. 8001 ZN501252
as well as the Left hand hinge if you could point me to the top fan motor as well please.
I searched this out once I believe, but as I stripped it out and gave it a new lease of life for a while I forgot about it, however the better half informs me it’s been U/S for ages :rolls:
Parts details gratefully recieved..
regards, Nick

Hi Nick
Can you recheck that ENR no. please as it’s not recognised anywhere, not even on Google.
It should end in GB/??

sure, sorry should have said… further down the label is says/01
But there wasn’t room to write the rest of the number on the back of the book, let alone a /01 🙂sorry I missed it off… However the real reason you couldn’t find it is my dyslexic typing fingers
E no. HB48074GB /01…
Sorry to waste your time…

That’s better 😀
Top fan oven motor 267452Left hand hinge 267374
Right hand hinge 267366
Replace both hinges together is the best practice 😉
Dave in the UKW shop should be able to source these for you. Just email him at spares@ukwhitegoods.co.ukHTH 🙂

Just to tidy things up, a quick thanks to the guys for prompt sending of the hinges, I replaced both so not exactly cheap, but when you consider the potential smashing of a door or potential accident it was worthwhile, and I now have a second hand spring spare too for use with either hinge.
It isn’t the spring that broke on mine, but the hooked joining piece(made of the same sprung steel)anyway Thanks Don for the initial assistance and Dave there after…..
