    Hi all,
Replaced my old Hotpoint integrated dishwasher with a brand new Beko DW600(integrated). Problem is that the new Beko has tripped the rcd on a few occasions. To the best of my knowledge I had followed all the fitting instructions, which were relatively simple anyway. When it washes it does so perfectly, but just wonder why the rcd is tripping sometimes.
Because the machine is new I would be very reluctant to begin fault-finding as this would deem the warranty void.
Is it possible that a new machine would have a fault that was missed by quality control at manufacture.?
p.s. the only instruction that I ignored was the door balancing. This was not necessary as the door seemed to open and close perfectly when the existing wooden panel was fitted.
    Any advice welcome. Thanks..

How did you connect it to the power supply, was it a regular moulded 13amp plug or did you have to ‘hard wire’ it into a wall outlet?

Regular moulded 13amp plug that was factory fitted to the appliance. Plugged into the same socket as the old hotpoint.

Would advise you to get Beko out to look at it, its got a 2 year warranty I think seeing that its an integrated product.

Thanks. That may be the best way to go. Did a wash today without tripping the rcd. Fault is intermittent.
