Went to this one just now rinse light flashing and not doing anything.
Checked through fault codes, comes up as a motor fault so I removed the brushes to find them worn away (strange as machine is only 4 years old and gets very light use)
Anyway, replaced the brushes but can’t get the rinse light to stop flashing now.
I have searched for a reset for this machine but whatever I try doesn’t work.
It doesn’t have a spin speed button so the 6 o’clock method doesn’t work. I have also tried selecting a programme holding the start button for 3 seconds and then turning it to the 11 o’clock position and then off but that didn’t work either.
Just wondered if there were any other ways of resetting it that I don’t know about.

    Cheers,
    Ray

Have you got continuity through the motor or has the TOC inside it gone?

    Hi Martin,

No I didn’t check the motor, customer was waiting to go out and was happy for me to go back on Monday to have another look, I will check it then just trying to get as much info as possible before hand.

    Thanks,
    Ray

    Hi,
I went back to this one today and managed to reset it, I did it by pressing the start button in turning the dial clockwise to the 11 o’clock position then switching it off.
It has a new fault now though, customer said it went all the way through the wash but when it started to spin it started to pulse the water valve, she could hear the water pipes banging all the way through the spin.

I think I will give up on this one!

    Cheers,
    Ray
