Won’t fill? Have you checked the water fill supply to it?

1st light flashing is a flooded base. Unplug, drag it out and place some towels on the floor, tilt it to one side, don’t lie it down and you should see water running out from underneath. Then try it again, if it fails in short order then you have an internal leak that needs to be rectified.

It will have to come out.
How else would any person repair anything in the body of the machine?
You need to keep your fingers crossed and hope that the kitchen fitter or plumber had at least a small amount of common sense. Sadly our experience in the trade often suggests the opposite. :rolls:

Check the nut below the lower wash arm, very common to come loose and flood the base.
Remove the wash arm and this should leave a plastic tube about 2 inches tall sticking up from the base, this is the feed tube and nut that holds the motor to the base of the tank, it should be tight, if its at all loose it will leak.
You will still need to pull it out to drain it out, well I say that I have on occasion that I know It was the nut just lowered the base panel from the front by removing the screws and drained the water that way
Not recommended though if you not 100{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} that that’s the leak.Really dishwashers are not easy to work on unless you have experience.
Working on A tank of water sitting above multiple electrical items requires a certain amount of knowledge and experience to prevent anything bad happening tbh.
If unsure get some one in.
