    I’ve tried to put my door back on after tightening the screws on the handle which had worked themselves loose. After my attempt to put the door back I seem to have got the right hand set of rollers stuck somehow. Unlike the left hand set which is vertical and can be pushed down against the spring, this set won’t budge at all.

    Is there anything I can do or do I need to call someone out please ?

    Have you got the door back on yet? I had a problem with this type of door last week but managed to fix it.
