My freezer only seems to be cooling at the top, food thawed out at bottom, theres still ice on the upper compartment and the thermometer is still reading between 0-5. Should I be looking at a new one or would this be repairable, I have had it quite a few years at least 20 and its a Hotpoint, not sure what model as writing this from work. thanks
