WML760

Evening All,
I hope someone can help… i have a WML760 machine which the customer reported as all lights flashing and not starting. I drained the machine, emptied a load of fluff coins etc from the pump. The machine started to work (filling and drum turning)but would not drain with no power going to the pump. I sent the board off to EMW and fitted it upon its return. The machine then worked but… would not go into spin, it just ran through the cycle but when it came to spin it just sat there spinning slowly and attempting to ramp up then slowing back down. I got in touch with EMW who sent me another board but to no avail the machine still exhibits the same fault…i would be grateful for any suggestions. I have checked the tacho it seems to give a wee kick on the multimeter when i spin it by hand?
