    customer tells me the machine stopped was showing F13…then the readout lights went out the machine dead, unable to open door, she returned to machine lights back on, tried to reset lights and open door, same fault.
    I am unable to find fault code on this model, any advice please. john

    ‘Dispenser circuit error’ is what I have listed in my guide but that may not be specific to that whirlpool model. Hope it helps!

    i had a aquasteam 9759 that showed f13 I spoke to an old colleague who tells me f13 is a door switch fault . I changed it and all good now

    Definitely a door lock error….I have a 9769 and it intermittently comes up f13. You can bang the front panel where the door lock is to open the door then replace door lock.
