Whirlpool ADG7561, 8511 756 15840

Hi,

Just want to check if some one might know. I went to change the heater on the above dishwasher, and there was a piece of paper inside the box that said you will have to run it through it diagnostic cycle other wise the heater won’t work. It gave me a website to go onto, but this was pin protected, I tried getting hold of Whirlpool but with no luck, as they are or closed when I get home or to busy to phone.

Can any one help with this please.
