Hi i am having problems with a bosch wvd24460gb/02 which is stopping while drying and unlocking the door, it doesn’t display a fault code just the time it stopped on. I can’t see a reason for this happening i tried replacing the water valve, cleaned condenser, its emptying fine and the tenant isn’t overloading. It does this on timed cycles after roughly 20 – 30 mins. Thanks for your help 🙂

When you say you’ve cleaned the condenser have you cleaned the lower point of the condenser where it joins the drum or just the top section where the blower motor is?

Hi thanks for getting back to me, no i didn’t clean the bottom. i felt that the airflow was good when i first tested the machine but decided to check the top end and ended up removing what was there and using a long brush to check lower. The one time i have ever removed the bottom i had a nightmare getting it back on is there an easy way to do these? When the machine overheats does it stop like this?

Yes it does stop it like that.
Bowls of hot water poured down through where the blower motor lives. You know your getting somewhere when the water flows into the machine quicker. You could try rodding it with a bit of fill hose with the end cut off. Do check the pump / filter a few times afterwards to make sure no big clumps of fluff have appeared.
