I would appreciate some help in locating an engineer who can check out and repair my Rosieres Bocuse RBC127 Range Cooker which has a gas hob and electric ovens. Local appliance service companies in Sutton Coldfield tell me it needs a Gas Safe registered engineer to work on the electric ovens as gas comnnections may be involved. The importers’ service department (Hoover Candy) has been singularly ineffective in finding an engineer.

The probelems I have are: a faulty thermostat to LH fan oven of; oven lights blow – glass covers shattered; Clock/timer intermittently very noisy.

Yes, thank you. Engineer search didn’t immediately identify someone who could co the work, but I’ve now located a company that claims to be familiar with the Rosiere range cookers and can source the parts.

    Hi

Just remember if it’s under 5 yrs old the parts would be free. you just pay for the labour.
