I have read on other posts that the problem may be the /safety valve needs replacing. Where would I find this please

The base tray may well be flooded. Does the machine keep “churning” even if you open the door?

yes it does Martin and I pulled it out and water did come out of it. Is there a way of fixing it or has it had it days?

There is an internal leak causing the base to flood and the anti-flood switch to activate. Power off, remove the base plate and check for leaks. Look closely at the main circulating pump for water stains coming from drive shaft. 😉

Tip the machine on its back. Remove the metal base and all is right there.

I tipped it on its back but was not able to take the bottom off. The water is filing up on the side container and letting the water in but after the machine drains once it just drains and drains and stops when i open the door fully. It is leaking but then if it is leaking is there anything you can do to stop it leaking?

You have to take the metal base off. What is the problem in doing that?

Just release the tabs at the front. Very simple not exactly a challenging stage. That comes when you get it off…. Blimey! 😉

hiya I took the bottom off and it seems like the I think its the circulation pump its part 5600039406 has some water coming from it. I t seems like it is not connected properly into the bottom part that drains the water away, it has some play in it where it connects. Not sure if it is suppose to have a bit of play or pushed right in!!!!!! not sure really what i am looking for!!!!!
