Model no – R521JLBG
Water and ice not working-have changed filter and checked the chiller snake in the fridge section which does not seem iced up.
Water is getting to the filter part as heard the filter fill when changed.
Have checked the pipe running at the bottom of the freezer door, seems to be ok with no kinks.
When I press the water paddle I can hear a noise inside the fridge when the door is open.
Whatelse can I check?

It’ll be a frozen water tank. Caused by a frozen eval cover.

Where would I find the water tank? Is it behind the drawer in the fridge in which case I have checked this and does not seem iced up in anyway.

Hi
Then check the connection behind the vent at the bottom of your appliance.
water into valve,valve through water tank,water tank though to bottom of the freezer door,freezer door to dispenser.Only one electrical component..water valve.
Disconnect and then try to dispense water.If it comes rushing out then the problem in between there and the dispenser but everything there is `non replaceable other than a new door.

What if you have water and ice but the water isn’t coming out cold?

If your water isn’t coming out cold .. how cold do you expect it to be ? have you tried dispensing a cup of water first then dispensing more ?

I expect the water to be as cold or colder than the tap but it’s actually a lot warmer. I’ve had water dispenser fridge freezers before and the water is usually icy cold. The first glass in the morning is cool but not in any way cold.
My previous ones were hotpoint and Samsung.
