CDW45W10 Currys Essential Slimline rinse program broken

Every time my appliance gets to a rinse cycle it stops and the rinse light flashes. I have tried it in two different modes and same thing happened both times. Checked the filter and all seems clear, any ideas what it is? I am guessing it is an error fault but there is no way to diagnose from the manual?

Would love to be able to fix it myself with advice from here without calling an engineer.
