    hi,have above beko dishwasher. had a hole in drain pipe causing leak.
    bought a new one, laid machine on its back,removed bottom,fitted new pipe
    and now makes a thumping noise and not working as should,any ideas please.

    Thumping noise can be drain hose thumping off back of appliance if it was not secured.
    How is it “not working as it should”?
    I’m presuming you did turn on the water supply again and fix the float switch back to base correctly.

    Hi

    pump could be loose or something may have been dropped into the pump by mistake which would explain it not working correctly
