Customer rang this morning saying they had cleaned filter but machine has come up with water system de activated I read somewhere that you need Miele service to clear this code is this true or could it be something more simple. ? The machine is two years old thanks Cras

probably have filled the base with water when doing the filter, needs drying out and then will re set on its own. Unless its a new one on me that is.
