Went to this today customer said she interupted the programme by accident and its now showing 11min to end if you switch of wait till door releases and try again it still stuck on 11min to end no pump action no motor had look at motor tested ok anyone had same problem tried the reset but no joy i know that can be hard to do some times couldnt spend any more time as it was a b—— to get at had to take utility door off ect ect
