    on my first call out the machine filled with water & run but didn’t drain, I ordered dain pump, on recall I press start button and now the intensive wash & eco wash lights flashing, the book mentions flooded base, pump or drain hose fault, but now the pump is running, no blockage or flooded base.
    any advice would be welcome.
    Also this machine has a twist pump fitted, connect show and sent me a screw fit type. thanks john

    Hello John, have you looked at the anti flood switch or wiring at the bottom of the door?

    have checked anti flood device, not the door wiring as the machine is less than 2 yrs old.
    Also any info on this pump would be useful. please
