customer tells me as it starts to fill some water the start / pause light starts flashing, there is no fault codes on this machine, I beleive it may be elements down. any conformation please. john

Drier element earth fault – temporarily disconnect it and try to start a cycle. If it works OK, new element required.
Ironically, it’s the customers that use the drier the least or not at all that have this fault.HTH,
