    Hi,

    I have a beko dw 450 half dishwasher and it wont work.

    All lights are on and solid, so that’s the 5 green circles under the programs and the play icon.

    I’ve tried pluging it out, turning it off, holding play/pause to cancel and tried to get it into “function test mode” using the instruction on this link

    The only way I can get it to work is to take the door off and disconnect and reconnect the display board. The fix only lasts one or two washes Does this suggest a leak, faulty display board or faulty main pcb?

    the fact it will work again after unplugging the board may indicate a short somewhere or at least the issue may not be the board directly try a reset similar to the function test but turn off the machine press and hold just the start button the turn the power back on while holding the start button down for a further 3 seconds then release cant see this working in your case but worth a try check for loose connections or worn wires in the door at the bottom too
