I’ve a Britannia cooker. It has 2 ovens (electric) and a gas hob.
I clean it regularly (at least I thought I did).
I’ve had it some years and normally just use the fan/oven option. This gives no excess smoke. However, last night I used the fan/grill option for the first time for a long time and filled the kitchen with smoke !
How come it doesn’t produce smoke normally ?
Where am I going wrong – presumably with my cleaning ?
